*** Please download 2017 Interpack Survival Guide.

The interpack is the largest platform for the Sollich KG to present progress in the research and development for the complete manufacturing programme. Interested parties and prospective buyers can examine the numerous innovations and advancements at the Sollich stand in hall 3, booth B07/C08 and can get informed in detail about the high innovation power and the high quality execution of the machines.

Chocolate tempering machines present always a substantial part of the high innovative power at Sollich. At the next interpack advancements at the Turbo tempering machines will be on display. The tempering machines with the model designation type TE together with the automatic Tempergraph offer a continuous quality control and thus ensure optimum tempering results in the practical case of operation. The Turbotemper Flex in combination with cleaning devices allows to use the machine in a flexible way for various requirements which is a general trend at present. Therefore, also the tempering machines are ideally suitable for tempering and aerating filling masses. With this versatile tempering machine flexible in capacity high energy consumption belongs to the past. The special efficient heat transfer, resulting in machines with a relatively small construction, allows also a quick mass changeover in combination with the cleaning device. The tempering machines can, of course, be operated in combination with diverse sieving and mixing systems as well as flavor dosing stations.

The very successfully marketed Reworktemper type RWT 125 and RWT 250/400 have been further optimized to facilitate the optimal processing of rework masses in combination with depositing systems. Special focus was put here on a quick mass changeover and a hygienic execution of the machines.

Sollich KG, the largest manufacturer of chocolate enrobing lines, will exhibit diverse machines with working width of between 320 and 1600 mm. The flaghship amongst the diverse enrobing machine – the Enromat M6 – has been further developed according to the various requirements of customers worldwide and based on the know-how of hundreds of supplied enrobing lines within the past years. The enrober type Enromat M6 as well as the basic machine type B6 and the Temperstatic T6 with built-in tempering include many new features to improve the processing reliability and the quality of the products to be made. The smaller enrobing machines type Minicoater MC 320 and 420 as well as the Sollcoater 520 – 820 complement the programme to be applied by smaller and medium sized companies or in case of smaller capacities required.

For the bar production Sollich KG will show two Conbar lines – one for small capacities or product development and the other one for high performances. With the Conbar systems different candy and cereal bars can be produced.

The forming program of Sollich KG is supplemented by further innovations in the machine group of the praline forming machine type Sollformat KP, the Cluster Former type CF and the depositing machine type KGM.

A highlight at the interpack will be the Sollcofill/Sollcocap depositing line for refining  biscuits, e.g. fillings like caramel, fondant, nut paste, jelly, milk or yoghurt cream or chocolate can be deposited together with ingredients. The performance of the system has been highly increased and guarantees a high quality production of sandwiching products. Products which do not meet the quality demands, e.g. a biscuit does not match the shape, will be sorted out automatically by the machine.

The different processing steps forming, depositing and enrobing are usually combined by intermediate cooling processes which Sollich KG supplies in a big variety under the trademark of the Thermo Flow Plus cooling tunnels. The advancement of the cooling tunnels in PU or, on request, in stainless steel execution meets the highest production demands and complies with the different hygienic requirements.

The exhibited program at the interpack 2017 presents the results of intensive research and development in the past years and also shows that Sollich KG always engages in very close cooperation with customers in the enhancement of the products in line with market requirements.

The combination of the Sollich machinery together with the cooking equipment of company Chocotech for the production of sugar, jelly or caramel masses provides customers to get production responsibility from one supplier and thus also ensures an efficient and a quickest possible commissioning of the production lines.
