Sollich KG of Germany is a leading global supplier of enrobers, tempering systems, cooling tunnels, and bar forming equipment with a complete line of optional auxiliary equipment.

Sollich will display their Enromat® M6 1300 Dairy enrober, new Thermo-Flow 1050 KK cooling tunnel re-designed with Gullwing PU-Covers and Turbotemper TE 1100 D.

The Enromat® M6 1300 Dairy enrober boasts innovative design and incorporates the latest components available in building this state-of-the-art machine. One example is the patented wire tensioned detailer system, which has eliminated the clips normally required to hold the detailer rod in place. The detailer assembly, curtain trough, bottoming station and other components can be removed for maintenance and cleaning. The newly designed coating weight control stations, such as the blowers and shaking unit gives excellent weight control and a hygienic design. Additional blowers and additional licking rollers provide perfect weight control. The Dairy design is the most efficient enrobing system available on the market that allows for frequent and quick change-overs. The enrober’s design allows for full access to all parts for maintenance and inspection.

Sollich’s Thermo-Flow 1050 KK cooling tunnel with PU-Covers in Gullwing design will certainly catch your attention. The tunnel is designed for full wash down capabilities from the product zone down, while still have the light weight, excellent insulating PU covers. The tunnel’s frame and base are made of stainless steel (and other non-rusting materials) while the covers are PU which is a light-weight, durable composite material. The tunnel is designed to give operators easy access into the tunnel from all sides and the ability to inspect all areas. The Thermo-Flow tunnel also features fewer critical control points by reducing the number of components in direct and indirect contact with the product

Chocotech GmbH, the sister company of Sollich KG, offers state of the art solutions for confectionery kitchens producing caramel, fondant, aerated products, jelly, hard candy, fruit snacks, binders, brittle and Halwa.  

Chocotech will display their Carastar® 300 and a Mixing System.

Chocotech will exhibit the Carastar® 300 which is a universal batch cooker designed for cooking all types of masses such as caramel, binders, jelly, filling, sugar solutions, etc.

The Carastar® is available in a number of different sizes and comes with options such as: load cells for automatic ingredient feeding into cooker if there is no batch weigher available, vacuum installation, high shear mixer for homogenization and lump free dispersion of the mass, CIP booster pump and dairy valving to allow an inline washing of the system. Unit also includes 360° spray balls. The Carastar is designed for cooking atmospherically, under pressure, under vacuum, post-vacuuming or cooling.

Chocotech will also display a unique Mixing System. The system consists of a first mixing tank for manual feeding of raw ingredients through a feed opening and has a support for ripping and tipping of sacks. The tank has stainless steel design 316 for all parts in contact with product or water. This tank holds 100 l, is jacketed for warm water heating and has a high sheer agitator type Ystral. The Mixing System also has a Buffer tank that holds 150 l of product and has an anchor-type agitator. The unit is suspended in a hygienic strong stainless-steel tubular frame with best clearance to the floor for easy and quick cleaning. Static spray balls throughout the system are used for cleaning the equipment in place.

Dumoulin Logo

Dumoulin manufactures a complete range of automatic high capacity panning systems in batch sizes up to 6,600 lbs. One important advantage of a Dumoulin machine is their innovative design resulting in the smallest bed depth of any similar unit. This in turn means that all Dumoulin drums are gentle on delicate centers. Shallow bed depth also increases the amount of surface area in contact with freshly conditioned air. This reduces the processing time that allows the coating to be distributed very quickly and evenly over all centers. Dumoulin pans are fully CIPable and come with a retractable spray arm which makes inspections easier.

Although not exhibiting equipment Dumoulin will be represented and literature will be available.
