Enromat® M6 Custom

Sollich Enromat M6 Custom Chocolate Enrober In the current version of the Enromat® M6 the enrober includes further improvements of hygiene standards as well as easier cleaning and maintenance. A new temperature control system in the cooling tunnel depending on heat load provides better gloss and shelf-life.

A modern graphic computer control regulates all parameters on the Enromat® and in the Thermo-Flow® Plus cooling tunnel according to the requirements of each product. It includes short start-up instructions, gives advice for "Trouble Shooting" and indicates service intervals via the built-in duty time counter.

The ENROMAT® M6 - Custom is one of our best-selling chocolate enrobers and suitable for most types of application. It has numerous special design features, many of which have been patented. The hygienic design, ease of maintenance, ease of operation and the outstanding quality of the enrobing are worth special mention. The ENROMAT® M6 - Custom represents a logical development from the successful M5 series of chocolate enrobers. A modern stored program control system enables all the important production data for up to 30 different products to be stored, thus ensuring a high degree of reproducibility.

Fields of application  

The machines are suitable for full, half or bottom-coating of pralines, bars, pastries etc. with chocolate or chocolate compound.
