Sollich KG of Germany is a leading global supplier of enrobers, tempering systems, cooling tunnels, and bar forming equipment with a complete line of optional supplementary equipment.

Sollich will be displaying their dairy enrober, the Enromat M6 Dairy®, the Chocolate Pawl Pump, and a section of Thermo-Flow® Plus Cooling Tunnel Type KK 1050 Hybrid with PU Gullwing Covers.

Sollich’s Enromat M6 Dairy® enrober boasts innovative design and incorporates the latest components available in building this state-of-the-art machine. The component parts of the Enromat® M6 Dairy have been minimized for optimum manual cleaning. The built-in components can be removed without tools for cleaning and can be washed separately on the service trolley. This is all possible due to the patented “wheel-in/wheel-out” system is the fastest mass change method and allows mass change in just 5 minutes with one operator.

The Thermo-Flow® Plus Cooling Tunnel Type KK 1050 Hybrid with PU Gullwing cooling tunnel has PU-Covers in Gullwing design and is constructed for full wash down capabilities from the product zone down. This tunnel’s frame and base are comprised of stainless steel and other non-rusting materials.  The covers are made from PU, which is a lightweight, durable composite material. Sollich’s Gullwing design with PU covers makes opening and closing the covers very simple. This tunnel displays excellent efficiency and is sealed on all sides without any heat bridges. The design allows easy access into the tunnel from all sides which gives operators the ability to inspect all areas. Thermo-Flow cooling tunnels also feature fewer critical control points by reducing the number of components in direct and indirect contact with the product.

Sollich’s Pawl Pump is unrivalled as a delivery pump of chocolate with inclusions, including whole nuts or almonds. It is the pump they rely upon in their chocolate enrobers. It is now completely made of stainless steel with a special coating that prevents wear. Sollich strives to produce equipment that is hygienic and easy to dismantle. This pump has a hygienic design built for full washdown with quick changeover.

Chocotech GmbH, the sister company of Sollich KG, offers state of the art solutions for confectionery kitchens producing caramel, fondant, aerated products, jelly, hard candy, fruit snacks, binders, brittle, and Halwa. Chocotech’s chocolate division has lentil forming lines, mold-less chocolate shells and deposited centers for pralines.

Chocotech will display their Princess Jellymaster® system.

The Princess Jellymaster® is a continuous cooking system for all types of jellies and marshmallow-based masses containing gelatin, agar-agar, gum arabic, pectin, carrageenan, modified and high amylose starch. The unit includes a mixing / slurry buffer tank, a Sucrotwist® pressure dissolver and a flash off and vacuum vessel. The special design of the Sucrotwist® allows for no dead space anywhere within the cooker, ensuring a homogenous cook. There are no restrictions in terms of the jellying agents to be used.

The cooker features first-in first-out product flow with determined guidance of the turbulently streaming product, controlled by a PLC with synchronized components in a completely hygienic design that can be connected easily into a CIP-system. Chocotech’s cooking system is constructed from 316 stainless steel, is very hygienically designed, and has a wash water connection for cleaning.

Dumoulin of France manufactures a complete range of automatic high-capacity panning systems in batch sizes up to 6,600 lbs. One important advantage of a Dumoulin machine is their innovative design resulting in the smallest bed depth of any similar unit. This in turn means that all Dumoulin drums are gentle on delicate centers. Shallow bed depth also increases the amount of surface area in contact with freshly conditioned air. This reduces the processing time, allowing the coating to be distributed very quickly and evenly over all centers.  Retractable spray arms make inspection easier. Solid drums are used for chocolate engrossing while perforated drums are used for hard sugar and hard sugar-free panning.

Dumoulin will not be displaying equipment, but they will be represented, and brochures will be available.

Theegarten-Pactec will be displaying their FPH5 modular high speed wrapping machine for preformed products in flow packs. This machine wraps hard candys and other preformed products in flow packs. Displayed is a special version of the FPH5, which is available for particularly sensitive products, such as sugar coated or oiled jelly. The modular concept of the machine allows for quick changeover between product sizes. The sealing types can also be easily changed between cold sealing, heat sealing, and cut-off seam welding.

Booth # S-2585 will be staffed by Nicolas Sollich, Peter Koch, Sebastian Schultz, and Guelhan Yilmaz from Sollich KG, Andreas Janko from Chocotech, Daniel Schibur from Theegarten-Pactec, Flore Dumoulin from Dumoulin and John Holland, Danila Daniloff, Sean Burns, Cole Januski, Peter Bennett, Patti Schumacher and Lejla Hadzic from Sollich North America.
