Dumoulin is a worldwide leader in automatic coating and exhibits will include confectionery equipment for both large and small production. The IDA 3002CV is the largest and fastest automatic chocolate equipment available in the industry today and allows for coating, polishing and varnishing in the same batch. Nominal output is 3 tons of finished product per batch every 2 to 3 hours.
