Product feeding

  • Single or two-lane belt feeding or chain feeding system (pick & place feeding)
  • Two-lane feed enables maximum performance of up to 1,800 products/minute with gentle product handling due to reduced feeding speed and back pressure
  • Accumulation length control to adapt the machine speed to the product feed
  • A particularly gentle handling of the products is guaranteed by the continuous motion principle

Wrapping material feeding

  • Pneumatic reel centring and core locking devices driven by servo motor
