The Pralimat® is a depositing and forming machine for many different confectionery masses like nougat, gianduja, ganache, caramel and truffle masses.

These masses can be deposited in liquid or in paste like form with the latter being combined with the corresponding drag-in rollers and a wire cutter.

All parts in contact with the product are easily removable for cleaning. This is vital for changeovers from water-based to fat-based products and vice versa.
