The Tempergraph is used for the automatic inline measurement of the degree of tempering of your chocolate.
Installed in the Turbotemper ® e or an enrobing machine, the Tempergraph measures the degree of tempering every 6 minutes (depending on the type of chocolate). The course of the degree of tempering is shown graphically over several hours. Deviations in the curve are marked by an alarm. The use of AI (artificial intelligence) enables continuous monitoring of the degree of temperature control.
