John Holland

Managing Partner of Sollich North America, John became involved in the confectionery industry in 1984 after graduating from University in England. In 1986 John studied at one of Europe’s best known candy schools, the Borough Polytechnic in London and received the student of the year award.

In 1990, John relocated to the United States to establish a US office for an equipment manufacturer, subsequently purchasing the US business, J Holland Corporation, before forming Sollich North America along with Bob Limburg.

John is very active in the industry and has served on the PMCA Conference Planning Committee, the NCA Advisory Committee and the Candy Kettle Committee. He was the Chairman of the 1999 NCA Supplies Expo Committee.

In 2014 John was inducted into the Candy Hall of Fame.

Danila Daniloff

Danila grew up in Minsk, Belarus where he graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. In 2006, Danila moved to the United States to continue his education in Business Administration. He began his career at TeamGear, a sports apparel manufacturing company, where he led the IT department and managed online sales-related projects. In 2011, Danila joined the sales team of Sollich North America. When not on the road for work Danila enjoys traveling with family, live music and basketball.

Sean Burns

Sean grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth in 2010. After years of business-to-business sales of electrical systems for industrial applications, Sean moved to Florida and joined the Sollich North America team as a Sales Engineer in 2015. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s 54th Annual Resident Course in Confectionery Technology in 2016 and has taken several PMCA short courses.

Patti Schumacher

Patti grew up in Buffalo, NY and moved to Charlotte, NC when her father’s company relocated in 1978. Having deep roots in Buffalo, she returned there in 1987. She moved to Holland, NY in 2002, where she built a house on 3 acres. After working for Verizon Communications for 20 years, Patti retired and started working for Sollich NA in 2017 doing administrative assistance duties. She has been working in customer service since 1976.

Patti loves to cook, bake, entertain, crochet, go bicycling, camp, and travel and garden. She is active with local Kiwanis Club, where she volunteers her time to give back to the children and our community.

Lejla Hadzic

Lejla was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 1993 she immigrated to Germany where she lived for seven years, prior to relocating to the US in 2000. Together with her parents, Lejla settled in Dunedin, FL where she received her high school diploma and attended St. Petersburg College.

For seventeen years Lejla has worked in the payment processing industry and has led the data entry department for ten years in her previous position.

When she is not spending time with her family and close friends, Lejla enjoys photography and loves to grab a tea or coffee at a local café with a book by her side.

Sarah Sheffield

Sarah grew up in Florida and received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of South Florida. After many years of working in administrative and managerial roles, she has joined the Sollich North America team in the Spare Parts department.

Cole Januski

Cole grew up in Union, Kentucky, where he went on to graduate from the University of Kentucky with an Engineering degree in 2023. After spending some time employed at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet as a Civil Engineer, Cole moved to Florida to join the Sollich North America Sales team. Cole is dedicated to his role as a Sales Engineer and gaining expertise in the industry. During his leisure time, Cole enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and exploring new places.
