CHOCOTECH at Interpack 2023
Chocotech GmbH is a Market Leader in the design and manufacture of innovative candy kitchens. Founded back in January 1920 the company has a long tradition of process technology and celebrates its 100+3 years this year.
At this year’s Interpack Chocotech will display a range of equipment based on energy efficient innovative process technology solutions. The focus will also be on CIP, Process Monitoring System (PMS), Energy Recording System (ERS) and One Button Operator System (OBO). The various assist systems will be integrated into various pieces of equipment around the booth.
Information and display of “SweetConnect“ a limited company founded by THEEGARTEN-PACTEC, SOLLICH and WDS which allows both confectionery manufactures and ALL machine suppliers a digital platform to upload and monitor equipment performance in real time. It also allows access to operator manuals, spare parts catalogues and cross manufacture maintenance management.
On display:
SUCROMASTER® 800, which is a new development for mid-sized continuous production of hard candy and lollipops with ranges from 300 – 800 kg/h. The line on display will include the AUTOGRAV® batch weighing system, the SUCROTWIST® static cooker, the SUCROMASTER® combined vacuum and flash-off chamber, vacuum extraction screw, dynamic mixer with CFA station, 3-stage stainless steel tempering belt and a complete forming for hard candy and lollipops from Nuova Euromec.
The JELLYMASTER® and JELLYMIX combination, a unique system for the manufacturing of jellies and gummies both for standard and OTC executions. The TORNADO®aeration unit for jellies and marshmallows will be shown as an additional available option.
The dynamic thin film cooker, type SUCROFILM®, combined with the hygienically designed, type CARAFLEX® which is one of the most successful continuous systems for caramel on the Market. Also, on display will be the continuous horizontal cooler type SUCROTHERM. A Bar Line kitchen for caramel and nougat to compliment a complete Bar Forming Line System from our parent company SOLLICH KG.
The CHEWMASTER® a unique crystallization system for aerated or non- aerated chewy candies with or without dairy additions.
The Micron® continuous system for perfect crystallization of all type of fondants.
The lentil chocolate forming line type CHOCOFORM® PSL will be running with real tempered chocolate, forming a slab of lentil type products before entering a SOLLICH Reworktemper.
The unique FROZENSHELL® will also be shown on the booth.
A final highlight will be a walk down memory lane in our “Heritage” area, where SOLLICH and CHOCOTECH will show samples of their unique 100+3 year history, in form of machines, images etc.
