CHOCOTECH Presents Innovations at interpack 2026
CHOCOTECH GmbH is one of the market leaders in the development and manufacture of innovative process plants for the confectionery industry. Founded in 1920, the company has a long tradition and extensive experience in the production of machines and systems for confectionery manufacturing.
To meet the evolving demands of the market and its customers, CHOCOTECH will present a selection of plants and machines at interpack 2026 (Hall 3, Booth F04), all based on energy-efficient, innovative and intelligent process technology solutions.
In addition, the focus will be on newly developed machines, plants and processes. Modern design facelifts as well as cooking systems in Plug & Play (PnP) execution will also be on display. Newly developed CIP technologies, energy-saving and energy recovery systems, Process Monitoring Systems (PMS), Energy Recording Systems (ERS) and One Button Operator (OBO) systems demonstrate CHOCOTECH’s strong innovative capabilities.
Exhibits at Interpack 2026:
SUCROMASTER® 800 in CARAFLEX® design
A flexible and process-stable hard candy cooking plant for the production of candies and lollipops, with a throughput of 300–800 kg/h. The system is exhibited with a central, batch-based raw material weighing and mixing system AUTOGRAV®, the SUCROTWIST® cooking system, a combined atmospheric evaporation and vacuum system with integrated vacuum discharge screw, FAS dosing including a dynamic hard candy mixer, uniformly installed above a 3-zone stainless steel tempering belt, followed by a Nuova Euromec stamping line for hard candies and lollipops, including an extruder for filled chewy candy products.



JELLYMASTER® and JELLYMIX™
Available in gravimetric and volumetric versions, this unique plant combination is designed for the production of traditional jelly products as well as OTC-based gummy items. The JELLYMIX™ gravimetric and volumetric versions will be presented for the first time as fully CIP-capable dosing and mixing stations.
TORNADO®
A continuous aeration system for jelly and marshmallow products, shown as an additional available option.
SUCROFILM® dynamic thin-film cooker in combination with CARAFLEX®
Designed in hygienic execution, this is the market’s most successful continuous process plant for caramel production. In combination with this innovative and flexible continuous caramel cooking system, the VCU eco will be presented – a flexible energy recovery system suitable for universal use across many processes.
SUCROTHERM®
A continuous horizontal tempering and cooling system, exhibited as a turnkey solution in combination with a CONBAR® bar forming line from CHOCOTECH’s sister company SOLLICH KG.
For the continuous and flexible production of chewy candy products, CHOCOTECH will present the CHEWMASTER®, a unique crystallization system for aerated or non-aerated chewy candies, with or without milk content. The system is available both as a full-scale industrial production plant and as a continuous laboratory unit, the PRINCESS® CHEWMASTER®.
The MICRON®, a continuous system for perfect crystallization for the production of all types of fondant, will also be showcased.
The unique FROZENSHELL® moulding plant for chocolate shells will be demonstrated live in operation at the exhibition stand.
In addition, the continuous moulding plant for chocolate lentils, CHOCOFORM® PSL, will be on display at the CHOCOTECH booth.
The market’s most successful laboratory batch cooking system, PRINCESS® CANDY, will be presented for the first time with a modern, hygienically optimized facelift.
CHOCOTECH continues to drive the development of AI-based assistance systems. Intelligent start-up and shutdown processes, One Button Operator (OBO) controls to reduce operator effort, smart raw material management, automated adjustment of process parameters, and energy-saving process solutions enabled by state-of-the-art intelligent software and hardware all contribute to making CHOCOTECH machines and plants the answer to their customers’ production challenges.
Digitalization remains a key focus at CHOCOTECH. Via the SweetConnect platform, production plants from different manufacturers can be efficiently managed. Document management, maintenance planning, and integration of the CHOCOTECH remote service system “Fast Lane” enable optimized service processes and increased plant availability.
Combining CHOCOTECH cooking systems with machines from SOLLICH KG for the production of bars and a wide range of other confectionery products provides customers with a single-source production responsibility, ensuring efficient and fast commissioning of complete production lines.
The portfolio is further complemented by stainless steel vessels from Apparate- & Behältertechnik Heldrungen GmbH.
