Forming machines for chocolate bars

We have a special nozzle tube/manifold in our supply program for producing chocolate bars (Kibbles). The continuously formed chocolate ropes are chopped up to the desired individual length after the cooling procedure.  Working widths 420 to 1300 mm are available.




Forming machine for chocolate blocks and cubes.

SOLLICH has developed a special machine for forming continuous thin chocolate bars for the production of thin chocolate blocks.  This bar is cut to the desired product shape after a pre-cooling time and then finally cooled in a second cooling tunnel.
